Hey everyone! HAPPY SUMMER BREAK!!
If you're going to work at the graduation next week, here's what you need to know:
1. We are meeting at the back entrance to the New Orleans arena, according to Mrs. Nordstrom. I'm not exactly sure what that means, since I'm not aware of the layout of the place. However, just look for a group of NHS kids, and you'll know you're in the right place. If I can go for sure, I'll let you guys know so that you can reach me via cell phone.
2. You need to wear professional attire! When I did this two years ago, we stood at the door and handed out programs. Since we're representing the school, we NEED TO LOOK NICE. :) So, wear black pants and a nice shirt or something. Whatever YOU believe to be appropriate - that means no jeans, no t-shirts, no tennis shoes.. Use your judgment.
3. We need to meet at 11:15. Be there early, though, because last time THE TRAFFIC WAS INCREDIBLE. I mean incredible in a BAD way. It took me like an hour just to find a parking space. So.... Make sure that even if your parents are just dropping you off that you're there ON TIME. We're not going to have time to run around and look for everyone once it's time to hand out programs.
If you have any questions or concerns, let me know.
IF YOU'RE GOING TO THE GRADUATION, LET ME KNOW VIA EMAIL.
Just respond to this one. I need to know how much man/womanpower we will have!
